Cherry Mobile P1

I would like to share something about the Cherry Mobile P1. The design is well done and its resemblance is to a mini calculator in which you can fit into your school binders or perhaps your wallet (in case you go shopping).

Now, what makes this baby so special?

  • Is it the design? – Yes!
  • Is it the weight? – Yes
  • Is it the LCD screen? – No
  • Is it the bandwidth? – We’ll just figure it out
These Are The Features:
  • 8-TONE POLYPHONIC MELODIES, HIGH VOLUME PROGRESSIVE RINGING
  • SMS WITH PREDICTIVE T9 INPUT
  • 1.2 "B/W FSTN 96*49
  • SINGLE SIM CARD HOLDER
  • ALARM CLOCK
  • STK
As for the styling, it is of course like a calculator but the attraction will only hit the elementary school kids who wanted a cell phone in the form of a tiny calculator. Attractive but not for those people who are looking for special phones that has fancy cameras. LCD is quite small but it fits the picture of a mini calculator. The price is around Php 800. Quite cheap but the parts used is never cheap. The parts used inside are one of the rare tops that no local cell phone.
Problems you’ll encounter within the months of usage:

  • Battery
  • Charger
Solutions in which you’ll encounter for selected parts:
  • Battery- Must be on order basis from the shop in where you bought the phone. No 3rd party battery would fit.
  • Charger is universal since the plug port is USB. You can just buy off an iPod USB charger (3rd party would do) and a USB cable that matches the tiny plug of your phone (USB cables of the PSP is enough).
It Comes In Different Colors Too! There Is:
  • Black
  • Red
  • Green
  • Blue
Just Leave Some Comments! Thanks Guys! Bye. :)
